Just finished an interesting session in the first day of this year's postponed meeting show and despite a few little technical hitches the session on ROI attracted over 60 participants from a variety of locations. It was a thought provoking session inviting attendees to turn on their thoughts about how we look at ROI and the virtual meeting world.
